Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and we reserve that time especially for you. For this reason, we require a $60 non refundable deposit for all of our larger services at the time of booking.
We understand that life gets in the way sometimes therefore making cancellations unavoidable. However, we respectfully request no less than 48hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment we do not have the opportunity to contact clients on our wait list.

If you cancel 48 hours or less prior to your service your $60 deposit will not be refundable, however, you can opt to reschedule within the next 7 days for no fee.
No shows will not be refunded their deposit and will be flagged in our system which can impact future bookings requests.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability. Thank you for supporting us in our endeavour to create a productive and enjoyable environment for you as our clients and our hardworking team.
